On behalf of the National Secretariat, NTF-ELCAC, we extend our deepest gratitude to outgoing National Security Adviser and Director General of the National Security Council, Secretary Eduardo M. Año, for his steadfast leadership and dedicated service to the nation.

Throughout his distinguished career, Secretary Año exemplified integrity, courage, and a firm commitment to the whole-of-nation approach—strengthening interagency cooperation, empowering local communities, and advancing inclusive governance to address the root causes of insurgency.

Under his guidance, as the Vice Chairperson of NTF-ELCAC, the Task Force made measurable progress in strategic communications, community engagement, and peacebuilding initiatives. His vision and resolve have strengthened institutions and inspired public servants across the country.

We honor his service and wish him health, peace, and continued success.
